This document is shared with students each Monday so they can enter the ‘big rocks’ for the upcoming week into their planner/calendar. Parents should ask their child about this and take a look at their planner each week.
School Supply Sale 2018-19

Enter the school ID where your child will attend fall of 2018-19 South Middle School ID is WAU023 and follow the directions to complete your order. Box Tops – To reach our $2,000 goal bring in your box tops, every box top counts! Students will be entered into a raffle drawing for prizes on a monthly basis. We will be using the funds to purchase technology for our classrooms. Please turn in before they expire!
7th grade students Iowa requires a Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) and meningococcal vaccine to enter the 7th grade. Your child will need proof of vaccination. Please contact your health care provider or school nurse Jenny for questions.( 987-3222 ext. 6703)

Transportation-Busing Students are not allowed to ride a different bus home with another student. For example, Johnny can not ask his friend Joey to ride the bus home with him if Joey is not assigned to that bus.
2018-19 SCHOOL REGISTRATION
All Waukee Schools will be continuing with ONLINE REGISTRATION for all students for the upcoming school year. Registration packets will NOT be mailed home. Parents will receive a notification via e-mail in mid-July. If you have changed your email address, please notify the building secretary or district office of your current email address. You may log into Power School one week before school to check your child’s schedule.
